(1) How do you force pilot out early? The last above 60 pilot I flew with, having 4.3 million in the bank and two retirement checks on hold "isn't ready." I think he likes flying. It is what he is good at (and he is a very good Captain).
(2) Isn't it sad our only "growth" is guys leaving the list? Has been this way for what, 12 years, except for a brief period at Delta pre-merger.

That will be my question to Anderson today if I find him. When will we turn this around, organically?
