The fault lies not with younger pilots grubbling and lowering the bar as much as, employed pilots not demanding (thought a collective resolve) to set pay and QOL standards for
all pilots, new hire as well as senior. If more pilots groups would have the same ca-hones as the ComAir bunch, than starting FO pay wouldn't be $19 an hour and topping out at less than $50, as it does with some regionals. This is the problem, not the people looking skyward. Put the blame where it lies, not on its victims.[/QUOTE]
