If one bids an FDA now, are they publicly stating to all fellow FDA pilots, non-FDA pilots, and perhaps, most importantly, the Union leadership & Negotiating Committee that the current FDA benefits (i.e housing allowance, weight limits, commuting restrictions, child education allowance, etc) are sufficient?
