Yes, I'm sure like everything of this sort, this type of stuff is from the extreme minority. Personally, I think that the Nicolau award will be implemented and then an AA/U arbitration would go forward using McCaskill-Bond, which stipulates "fair and equitable". Of course, that is a subjective concept and if one looks at the mergers of UAL/CAL, DAL/NWA, SWA/AT there are differences in that concept and outcomes. It's unpredicatable to assume how our final seniority merge would look like, suffice it to say that the APA would be the surviving bargaining representative so whatever did come down, there would be no "rope-a-dope" strategy by those who didn't like it.
