Despite what the SmartPref sales letter stated, the reality is our guys asked pertinent questions that SmartPref did not answer. From talking to our reps prior to the letter, they were still open but had serious concerns about globalization and award auditing that SmartPref would not or could not answer. After the hours our guys put into researching and trying to understand the system, the letter more or less confirmed that their questions would not be resolved.
So, you're going to take your reps word on that?
