The Delta MEC negotiated with management without really laying the groundwork to convince management that we were seeking restoration. They would not use the word "RESTORE" nor would they listen to council resolutions that sought tougher language and pointing out to management at every opportunity that we expected restoration. Instead they "proactively engage" and then bring us something they expect us to vote down? What kind of a strategy is that?
