How do the numbers change if ASMs are used instead of block hours? It seems like that's what we care about...miles spent by DL pax in DL mainline seats. DCI block hours obviously decrease as they fly fewer jets, but they are moving a LOT more people (roughly 50% more per jet, I guess).
Did ALPA do the math on the total number of DCI RJs it would take to replace all DL domestic and near international narrow body flying? This definitely looks like a step in the wrong direction.
