NO
Guess what another Sep 11th, another economic downturn, another STUPID management decision and we'll be screwed again!!!
This is really nothing to get spun up about. Force Majeur is a legal concept that doesn't have to be written into a contract in order to be implemented. If there IS another 9/11, and it causes undue hardship on the company, they will be allowed to do whatever they need to do in order to survive.

Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer (I have too much respect for myself) and I did not sleep in a HI Express last night, but Marylin Millian is HOT and I do watch the People's Court)
