I told my rep I needed 4 things (at a minimum) to entertain a yes vote:

1 scope = nope

2 pay = nope

3 sick leave = yep

4 min calendar day = nope

I guess one out three isn't bad?

Two thoughts:

1 If we approve this, we have indicated to Mgmt that this is our new post BK baseline...i.e., this is section 6, not an LOA/MOU...not good.

2 If Smisek is happy about this, that can not be a good sign .

Seriously, it is apparent from myself and all those I have flown with, that the DTW, MSP & AA guys are right...the negotiators have not followed our survey requirements. Very easy no vote for me.
