Found this on the DOT website. It's in chart form, so I will just summarize:
Puerto Rico flying will be charter for a corp called Viajes Galiana, Inc. Operating from BQN, SJU, PSE to PUJ. Charter is for June 30th to August 6th, with a total of 256 flights on the SF340 (2 1900s were also listed). Viajes Galiana is a travel agency, and its listed as us having "Commuter authority" so maybe they are working a deal through us for vacation packages or something?
