You can ask my wife. She personally hates our (SWA's) boarding system. Yours (assigned seats) has some advantages but don't think everything you are doing is all that.

Your (ours) FA's were great on the return flight but not so great on the initial flight. My wife is all about first impressions and luckily I passed. So rising up to standards is a personal decision. As I said we have many things to learn from one another. The sooner we learn those things the better.

Given that one of the AT folks was late to intial IOE the other morning. Please try to be on time. Made the rest of you guys/gals look bad when the check airmen had to do the preflight and set up so they only pushed 3 late. I guess it doesn't matter since you are not on probation and it is pay back. Bottom line-----try to be professional or go somewhere else.
