Actually, I have NEVER heard of ANY new hire being late for their initial IOE. Everyone has been late or no showed (I have) but without any probationary period who cares? My mission in life was to stay off the skyline. Mostly I mention this incident so that other AT folks coming on property don't place themselves on the skyline from day one.
