You can ask my wife. She personally hates our (SWA's) boarding system. Yours (assigned seats) has some advantages but don't think everything you are doing is all that.

Your (ours) FA's were great on the return flight but not so great on the initial flight. My wife is all about first impressions and luckily I passed. So rising up to standards is a personal decision. As I said we have many things to learn from one another. The sooner we learn those things the better.

I'm glad it was a good ride. I know our excrement has some odor to it and so does yours. Both sides have areas they can improve.

I guess it doesn't matter since you are not on probation and it is pay back.
Now why did you have to go there...one individual does not reflect the entire AT pilot group. (What were those OTP numbers again???) Was it a bone head move? ABSOLUTELY. If you and your compadres believe it was on purpose then go after him. If you are just being prejudicial, then I suggest you back to team building class. Based on your words, I take it that you are a supporter of AT pilots being on probation. YGTBSM

There you go again...AT pilots are conducting themselves professionally. Our record proves this. Again, statements like that just make SWA guys look arrogant and open the chasm between our groups even more. Those thoughts are better left be left unsaid.
