Everyone has been late or no showed (I have) but without any probationary period who cares? My mission in life was to stay off the skyline. Mostly I mention this incident so that other AT folks coming on property don't place themselves on the skyline from day one.

Who was the guy/gal you were giving OE to? Was is a former AT 73N captain who you were going to now teach how to be a 737 FO? Not trying to start stuff. Just wondering if it might not be an (possibly understandable) attitude problem.
