As in all walks of life, there are those that choose to stir the pot and bring chaos and uncertainty to events that no one can predict.
My understanding is that the internal U list will be one list prior to any SLI process with AA and then THAT merger SLI will be binding on ONE group......that being AA pilots represented by the APA, that group comprising of former US Airways pilots in the seniority order of that one U list submitted prior to the merger SLI process.
