Hope you're comfortable with your current pay and working conditions because management will patiently sit and wait til you become reasonable and change your mind. They are getting excellent cost savings at your current rates, even with two separate lists.

My comment & opinion will require more pilots at the mainline. Whatever type of airplane is best suited for the market, let's negotiate a pay rate and fly it, as ONE company.
