Does it matter if it is Alaska pilots, or Republic pilots? Seems like the harm is the same regardless.
Right now we have language to prevent such an arrangement in the TA, but I will need to re-read the exemptions for Republic and Chautauqua.
DAL has to pay Republic to operate aircraft, Alaska is a sustainable business model that doesnt require a feed contract. Much better to go with the stand alone business than one that requires a ton of $ubsidies from DAL.
