Replacing 88 planes and keeping the same ASM will take about 75 737s. That means less pilots, and we are already fat over here. Most are expecting furloughs in spite of the lip service otherwise. I would guess about 350-400 would do it. Of course, they would all be AT folks so SWA can still maintain a "We've never furloughed" mantra since it is painfully obvious AT pilots are not SWA pilots. The agreement will not change, there is no reason to because no SWA pilot is harmed.

I would actually guess that the majority of the lowest 350-400 pilots on the Integrated Seniority List are SWA pilots and not AT.
Out of 283 pilots hired from Sep 26, 2010 until May 2, 2011, 236 were SWA. And even after May 2, 2011 have hired a good number of pilots that would go before AT
