I am positive. AIP1 had a one each AT/SWA furlough. One of the "consequences" for turning down the first agreement. While the agreement says that furloughs would go to the side of the partition with excess pilots, the world knows that SWA would never furlough while AT did not.
Your arguement about deferrals could be made and I'm sure ALPA would try it but in reality, GK holds all the cards and will protect his guys...no we are not his guys. He does not have to justify AT furloughs to anyone. SWAPA would love it and I do not think AT guys could be any more furious than they are already. A win/win/oh well situation for him.
