I'd like to know why they are not contracting out some training to get bodies on the line? Also if its just the time involved in doing the referbs on the 340 keeping them at 2 a month why not contract that out too so they could get at least 4 planes a month going. I know it costs more but with this company growing like it is they better make a decision before they are overwhelmed.
