We will NOT. You don't even know what's in SWAPA's contract or how to properly compare their pay. Others from SWA have taken the time to post it. And once again, pay rates often tell a misleading story. Pay rates, fleet mix, scope and work rules tell the whole story.

I know it was a significant bump in pay rate, but I don't remember anymoe. That wasn't the fight anyway. We went on strike to eliminate the B-scale. Management would NOT budge. After our strike, they budged. The B-scale was eliminated at the end of our post strike contract.

No you're not. The wording of your very own sentence proves it. You don't know what the results are until after the fight. What you're really saying is that you'd NEVER fight...because you can't know what the results of that fight would be.

But you don't need to worry about fighting anyway. This contract doesn't apply to you MEC bureaucrats who get the 92 hours of FPL on the highest equipment you can hold. I know you just don't get why anyone would fight over somethng as good as you have it.
