I don't expect to see something in print. I do expect to get a sense of what the plan will be by talking to reps and reading between the lines of what they publish.
Is memrat a rubber stamp? Maybe. Remember that the polling guys (Comstock? Wilson?) were very involved in this process. I would bet that the MEC has polling data that indicates that this will pass, or we would not have seen a TA.
