If you're looking for a job, and there ain't a picket line in front of the place, go for it. Just read all the threads about the HKG situation. The company is going postal over guys not meeting the residency requirements over there. you can either a) not take the housing allowance and just make it work somehow, or b) go over there understanding that you AND your spouse cannot go home - I'd say not at all, until the company publicizes what criteria they are using to punish people.

You MIGHT could use the IRS criteria and keep your US trips to less than a month, but that has in no way been affirmed by the company or ALPA......
