So which way does the American public want it?
A larger military, and of course provide the means to pay for it and sustain it, and give those veteran's the benefits they deserve should they complete their contracts

Contract out more and more jobs to the private sector?
Traditional safe jobs in the military (cooks, bakers, and candle stick makers) are no longer safe behind the lines in this type of warfare.
