The 70 seaters are not under long term contract. Many of the 70 seat leases are up in 2015. There really isn't anything to stop a 1:1 trade with 70 seaters to 76 seatsrs.
Especially when it only takes about half the 717s to put us above the magic 767 mainline fleet requirement. 70s become 76s... and then there is ZERO protection against pump and dump... none.
