Lord almighty! It's been three years and you still haven't figured out that there's a Texas sized disconnect between what the company says and what they actually do? We've learned from experience not to accept these "no bearing" changes because the company usually takes it as our endorsement of a permanent alteration.
That so called pay raise was a slap in the face. The company doesnt understand the definition of "fair and equitable." I'm worth a lot more than $41 an hr. I'll take a higher rate with cancellation pay, trip/duty rigs, and real RSV rules. That's not unreasonable to ask for.
