They did no such thing. That argument is even a stretch for a Moot Court class. That would be like me saying Bucking Bar has provided Carl a de-facto endorsement of everything Carl has said because Bucking Bar has yet to punch me in the face.
A vote for or against this TA says nothing about someone's thoughts about the process.
