From FAQ on the DALPA website:

Q: Revisions to the TA appear to have been repeatedly posted to the website. Why? What has changed?

A: The TA was posted to the website within hours of its approval by the MEC in order to provide it to the Delta pilots very quickly. This was done with the understanding that there could be minor edits for grammar/spelling, the filling in of pertinent dates based on the TA approval date (e.g.,, dates were subsequently filled in for LOA #11 - Retirement Medical Account Program), and as contract citations were double checked (e.g., a section of the current PWA might cross-reference another section, and in the TA, the location of that reference may have changed).

We felt that it was important to get the TA in front of the pilots as quickly as possible rather than wait. The review process is labor intensive, and all changes have been editorial in nature. To be clear, absolutely no terms of the agreement itself have changed. Any assertion to the contrary is fabricated and has no basis in fact.
