That means you'll be flying 21 days. Many of these three days trips are not commutable. The TA will not help correct this flaw. We should have close to 6 hrs pay per day at work. If you fly 21 days under the TA you would credit about 95 hours? Or take off a tree day and it's 18 for 82 hours?
