That's absolutely right. But you don't understand that I'm not insulting anyone. I'm simply stating the current state of our "union". It is one of completely marginalizing line pilot input (unless your input agrees with the MEC admins), and our reps input (unless they agree with the MEC admins). I've spoken personally to current reps and many former reps that describe the "mushrooming" that occurs if you do not show complete allegiance to the MEC admins. I've seen it myself in union work, but NEVER this bad. I don't believe even Moak would have dared do what Mr. O'Malley has done with this TA.

The process was completely flouted, and the reps were completely outmaneuvered. The reps were faced with a no-win situation once they realized they had been ignored. Unanimously vote NO and have an extremely angry MEC admin go back to the company and renegotiate while furious, or vote YES and pick the safest choice of two very bad and unecessary choices.

Again, not insulting...just saying how it was. It's incredibly sad.
