Not with the current loop hole of after 2200 reports not falling under the new average daily guarantee (look at the LAX 73n MCO 3 days paying 10:300 which takes 7.1 days to get ALV. And who doesn't think they won't push back some of the red-eyes that report before 2200 to report after 2200. I'm sure anyone on a red-eye won't know or won't care if it takes off at 2215 or 2301. These trips will not be improved by this TA.
