Bus, if you flow under this TA you'll be going from your current $72/hr as an EMB-175 RJ Captain to $66/hr year 1 pay. Maybe you ought to stay where you're at...

Oh, forgot to tell you that your year 2 pay as a B717 copilot would be $93.77...and it goes way up from there.

Of course you can keep arguing against this TA and help protect the rest of your RJ buds you leave behind...there's just not as many RJ jobs with 450 airplanes envisioned in the TA as there are with the current 634 that you guys are actually flying. I know, you've got your flow and all, so it doesn't really matter to you, you're protected either way.
