Disregard anything in the ATP that has a "refer to figure" question. That drops the question bank to about 800 or so questions. Depending on who you get for your tech interview they will ask you questions about your current flying, rules, regs ect. If you fly 121, they will ask you 121 stuff. I currently work as an instructor so all they asked were part 91 question and FOI. Anything is up for grabs on the questions. Everyone in my interview group was asked different question, so study everything you possibly can. If you can't remember an answer, just tell so. BS'ing an answer will get you into trouble. Know your current twin aircraft like you built the thing yourself. I fly a few different planes and they wanted me to talk about only one of them. Be able to digram every system from scratch. I didn't know everything they asked of me and didn't fly a perfect sim, but I sold them on my personality and got the job. They can teach you to fly the plane, they can't teach you to be nice! Good Luck!
