Raising the 767/757 pay into a band with the 330 and -400 would be a win, but the headwind against our cutting that deal is that the "767" fleet is composed of 192 757s and only 80 767-300s and 300ERs. Since the merger I haven't run into a single DAL pilot who says that he flies the 757.
I guess we have never met, although I DO refer to myself as a domesticated -ER category pilot.
