Anyway, that is the biggest problem that ALPA has, and has had the past 20 years, at least. Everyone is voting for what is best for them instead of what is best for the entire group, and vis a vis, the profession. That is why this career is where it is nowadays.
I guess you could say Congress has the same problem.
Has nothing to do with legacies coming out of regulation with bloated and expensive payrolls vis a vis all the new low cost carriers, or the economy, or oil, bad management teams, the NMB/RLA hose job, etc. etc. No it's those darn selfish pilots and the ALPA boogieman ! Get real !!!!
