How many days did you work this past year ? are you on reserve ? The company had issues with our current reserve system on the wide bodies, not being able to use the reserves due to the long trips. We gave them the ALV + 15 for the higher reserve pay(an example). Negotiations are a 2 way street,that's why it's called bargaining not demanding.
