We gave them the ALV + 15 for the higher reserve pay(an example). Negotiations are a 2 way street,that's why it's called bargaining not demanding.
And that ALV+15 extends down to non international categories though.
And it goes to 80's earlier point, we negotiated to end trip parking and then signed off on ALV+15.
It's like negotiating language to prevent RAH types from gaming our scope clause and then turning around and giving them an exemption.
