Bill can you think of any negatives to making outsourcing more profitable?
We might get more profit sharing? Wait, that's good. We might never get back to Brainard flying? Wait, that's good. This TA actually decreases RJ and international outsourcing. It's hard to see too much downside when the numbers are decreasing.
