Yeah I feel you. I was furloughed from ASA for a year and a half, so I know where your coming from. Unfortunately, that's how this industry works. If your junior, then your the first to go. There's nothing you can do about it if that happens. Its all about seniority and timing. Fortunately, I don't see any furloughs in the near future. With Delta growing and all the retirements starting next year, I don't think you will have to worry about that.

IF this TA passes, its not like the next day, all the 50 seaters will be gone. That will take some time. They can't just cut all that capacity/feed at once. Also, the new 900s, obviously will take some time to deliver. The 717s are coming at a rate of three a month starting mid 2013. Our 200 contracts expire in 2015, if they are here that long. By that time, there should be plenty of movement forward. I think it will be really interesting to see how Delta reacts if the TA is shot down.
