The primary reason for the slow progress being ASA guys dragging their feet. Now that they may shrink due to Delta potentially gutting their 50 seaters they want to play ball all of the sudden.

The first time I heard about a "two month"- ish time frame was when I emailed the reps during the all pilot conference call. At that time, I hadn't heard anything about the Delta TA, but I wonder if the ASA Mec guys (and/or our guys) knew what was likely coming by then...
