I emailed SH and BH and asked them when the 200 contracts start expiring and the reply was 2017,18,19. If the hammer gets dropped earlier which it looks like it could it will take some time for airframes to go anyway.
But is there a provision in those agreements that would allow Delta to swap 50's for larger aircraft at some ratio? Are there any other loopholes they could use? Could they put you in a position where you can't meet minimum performance requirements and thus void the contracts that way?
I sure don't know. Are the CPA's public information?
