ALV +15 for resv, sick call issue is what we call it, give up a crap load for early retirement, cut in profit sharing, small payraise for what we gave up/ with big profits, ALV up (fly more to make more), give company more scope on a 717 deal that you have no idea if it's going to happen if u pass this crap.
