The new reserve rules are enough for me to vote NO. I'm in the middle of the pack seniority wise for my category when it comes to the reserve pilots. So far this month with the new bucket system they've worked me 7 out of 8 days. Probably can expect to work 8 of the the next 10. With this TA they're going to shave off some more of the reserve coverage and on top of that get even more hours out of the those remaining. "More with Less" should be the motto of this TA. You can keep your 3% raises in '14 & '15 since I'll be too beaten down to enjoy any of it.
