I wish there would have been more than the 4:30, but I just finished a 10+ hour "3" day that will go to 13:30 under this, so that is a win. There are quite a few trips in NY that will see this kind of improvement.
T, yes it is anti ALPA bias. I was really concerned about this section until a P2P rep whose JS I was riding pointed out that we spend a lot of time and negotiating capitol on it and the company always finds away around it, so I dropped it as a concern.
As to the pay rates being a home run, I think you are over exaggerating there. The rates don't meet the basic requirement set out in the survey. No, I haven't seen it but sailing said so and so did TT at LEC 20, so I'll have to trust them.
I've said if they had sweetened the pot a little with a slightly higher signing bonus or given in on the ADG like SWA, I would be able to deal with the rest. I just think we got played on the needs of the company. Will I support it if passed, yes but while I can still get folks to think about alternatives, I will.
I get that you are a yes, please try to rationally express your point and don't get all T2 on the rest of us when we disagree. There is some good in this TA, I just don't think there are any "Homeruns"
