The resolution came from Council 108. The MEC passed it unanimously. It states it outright, get MD-90 rates for the MD-88. It said nothing about A-320. What is hard to believe, it is in black and white. If they meant A-320, then why didn't they say A-320? Was it all a massive misdirection play to fool the negotiators?
