You might look at those graphs again if you think the rates are industry leading. FedEx, UPS, and SWA beat us in several categories especially for first officers. Of course, you are also assuming they will get ZERO raises by 2015. Lets also overlook items like holiday pay, premium pay for open time, 6 hr per day vacations, higher reserve guarantees. Your w-2 cannot touch those carriers.
