Just for your info, the training contract was 15k but they uped it to 20k when they announced the bonus. So your 2 yr commitment covers the 5k plus the 15k for training. Keep that in mind if you bail prior to the two years and they didn't pay you the 5k and want you to pay them for bailing.
I actually do not have a problem with a training contract. They are making a sizeable investment in my skill set and I think it only fair they should get some return on that. I just hope I am not being duped w the bonus. It would suck to start the job and already be bitter, lol
