Wrong. You don't get 5:15 a day with a reserve line today and you won't get it with this TA either.
I don't think he was referring to reserve. A reserve guy wouldn't know if he's working 16 days next month, he'd only know if he's on call for 16 days. And technically it's 18 days, unless he has a planned absence.
