They don't recoup much at all if someone gets a very marketable type and 4 weeks later goes to China to make $12000 a month. And I don't pay a dime of the $20000 if I do what I like to do, which is show up and put in an honest day's work.First year pay has been discussed ad nauseum, and I don't think there has been anything left unsaid. Yes it sucks, and most in here have acquiesced to it at some point right or wrong. I have been holding off, and doing what everyone recommends for years but it has not produced the killer corporate career path or improved life at the regionals. Time to take my number.
