Gulfstream ratified a new contract back in the spring 2011. Every anniversary of the DOS comes with a small pay bump lasting for 5 years. The pay rates on APC aren't accurate because they do not reflect the recent pay bump which is nothing significant. FWIW, the rates on APC are no more than one dollar per hour off. If I'm wrong, someone that works at Silver can correct me.
